Oakeshott type XVIIIb longsword

Sharp and sweet, made by the same folk who make the Swiss Longsword and Danish greatsword. The diamond cross-section blade is 1045 carbon steel, wide enough for excellent cutting, long and pointed enough for solid thrusting. The type T4 scent-stopper pommel and the type 10 cross-guard are stainless steel, and the grip is wood-core with a leather and cord-wrap overlay. The distinctive (and easy to grip!) hexagonal pommel is securely peened in place. Come complete with a resin-core synthetic scabbard with stainless fittings.
